William Heptinstall Award
The William Heptinstall Trust makes an annual award to a young person who wishes to widen his or her culinary experience whilst travelling outside the UK. The award is competed for and awarded by the Heptinstall Charity Trustees.
The Worshipful Company of Cooks contribute to the grant and are represented on the board of the Trustees. Winners of the award are expected to complete a report on their experiences subsequently. Previous reports can be found here.
